Luxurious Beachfront 3BR/2BR/1BR Condominiums in Panama City Beach

Taking Spring/Summer/Fall in all condominiums

My family and I own 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 1-bedroom condominiums at the Regency Towers Resort Condominium at 5810 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Fl 32408. 

All our condominiums are beachfront (directly face the beach and the 3 pools).

• 3-bedroom condominiums are on 1st, 2nd, and 8th floors
• 2-bedroom condominium is on 8th floor (right next to our 3-bedroom condominium)
• 1-bedroom condominium is on 2nd floor (right next to our 3-bedroom condominium)

The 3-bedroom condos have king beds in two of the bedrooms, and two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a living room (one of the two sofas makes into a queen sleeper), 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a private balcony, accessible from the master bedroom and living room, and free in-room WiFi! Every room will totally delight your senses as each one is tastefully decorated and contains unique decor. The living room and all  bedrooms have TVs, DVDs, and ceiling fans. The bedroom and bathroom linens are in vivid colors (red, orange, blue) which will make you feel very pampered.

The 2-bedroom condominium has a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom. In the living room one of the sofas makes into a queen sleeper and a rolling ottoman makes into a twin sleeper.  There are 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a private balcony accessible from master bedroom and living room.  It is on 8th floor, right next door to my 3-bedroom condominium!

The 1-bedroom condominium has a king bed in the master bedroom. In the living room, one of the sofa makes into a queen sleeper and a rolling ottoman makes into a twin sleeper. There are 2 queen air mattresses (w/pump).  There are 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a private balcony accessible from master bedroom and living room.  It is on 2nd floor, right next door to my 3-bedroom condominium!

The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 full-size swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, sun deck, and exercise rooms. Gas and charcoal grills and picnic tables are provided around the resort grounds. Sit on swings and watch for dophins or other sea life. Or relax in the lounge chairs by any of the 3 pools or on the lower deck nearer the beach, eat at the snack shop by the pools, or stroll to one of the beach restaurants located nearby. Karaoke is provided 4 evenings out by the pools. Parking is free, and RV and boat parking is also available.

Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the resort/condominium on its 540 feet of private beach. Get a group and play beach volleyball on the nets provided, go jet skiing, parasailing, or take a banana boat ride. Or simply rent an umbrella and beach chair. Enjoy walking barefoot on the white sandy beaches, looking for sea shells, or taking a swim in the azure green Gulf of Mexico.

Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include scuba diving, deep sea fishing, dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. Within 2-miles is St. Andrews State Park, an ideal location for picnicing with the family or snorkeling. The Regency Towers resort is centrally located on Thomas Drive and just minutes away from Panama City Beach's most reknown restaurants and nightclubs.   We have found Panama City Beach attractions to be reasonably priced too.  There are many fabulous restaurants within minutes of the resort.

Cleaning Fees:  $90 for 1-bedroom, $105 for 2-bedroom, $115 for 3-bedroom
Florida sales and tourist taxes: 11.5%
