This Las Vegas Dream House is located just 3 minutes off the strip.
Not including the guest house it is approximately 4,000 square feet.
It has very high ceilings, Big windows for lots of light, brand new
marble floors throughout the house, gorgeous landscaping w/ lighting
at night, 3 door garage and the list goes on and on.

This Las Vegas Dream House is equipped with a large pool, Gourmet
Kitchen w/granite countertops, 8 Foot professional Pool table, 2
fireplaces, W/D, Plasma TV and Entertainment system, Cable/DSL,
Computer and the list goes on and on. PLEASE NOTE: These photos need
to be updated, the house is fully the furnished and looks great now.

There is no need for to activates at home considering the
strip is just 3 minutes down the road however, when at home you can
take advantage of all the amenities listed above. Also, the owner of
the house is well connected in the nightlife commuity and can
accommodate any large group with VIP passes and bottle service at
some of the very best bars and nightclubs in town.

$350.00 Per Night Reduced to $300 per night beginning 1/1/09. 3 Night
Minimum $125.00 Cleaning Fee. $500.00 Security Deposit due at check-
in. Security Deposit refunded 2 days after check-out as long as there
are no damages.50% of Rental fee due to reserve dates. 100% Refund if
cancellation is received 10 days prior to check-in
date.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2 bed, 1 bath w/ kitchen GUEST HOUSE that is
not included but can sleep 4 BUT if needed it could be included
for an additional cost of $100 - $125.00 per night. Also, depending
on the date the guest house may be occupied.
