Nice Property-Very convenient to town and trail system

Nice place. As described. Kudos to owner. Enjoyed the property and easy access to town. However, we had a myriad of challenges with the management company that really tainted the overall experience.1.) Checked in on Friday and no WI-FI until they got someone out to fix it on Monday. Not a big deal, but needed WI-FI for work. The managment company was attentive and gave us a credit of $25 per day for 3 days.2.) Rented the place for 8 nights and there was a total of one roll of toilet paper and one extra garbage bag for the place. Once again, not a big deal, but if you rent a place for 8 nights and spend $1400, I think it would be reasonble to have more than one roll of toilet paper (especially for two bathrooms). We checked with the management co. and they said we are responsible for providing our own toilet paper and garbage bags. I agree that this is fine, but at least give us a heads up to bring our own TP and garbage bags or give us enough to at least get the week started. Or better yet, charge me an extra $20 on my rent and keep $15 of it and spend $5 on TP and garbage bags. 3.) Our building exterior was being painted during our stay. The managment co. didn't even know that the building was being painted. When we brought it to their attention, their response was "No way that it is being painted. We would definitely know about it." Therefore,they didn't do anything. Since the painters notified us that we wouldn't have access to our building because they were blocking off the stairway and taping off our front door, I brought it to the managment's attention a second time. The head maintenance guy said he would look into it and get back with me. He never did. On the day that I came back to my place and couldn't get access because my front door was taped off, I went to the management office and they sent someone out to give me access to the property. That night, since all of my windows and doors (except the front one) had plastic in front of them for prep for painting the next day, we couldn't get any air flow through the property and it was burning hot in the place. The following day, the painters asked us to be out of the property by 8:30am so they could block off our front door again to start painting. In all fairness to the management company, they offered to "comp us" one nights stay, which I declined. If you wonder why,I feel it woudn't be fair to them to write about my experience in exchange for $150.
Nice place,but needs better managment company

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car

Great rental.

Place was great for a 5 night stay at Breckenridge for 6 riders, staff was helpful throughout. Less than 10 minute walk uphill to the lift, and about 2 minute walk back from end of 4 O'clock trail. Pt has a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin and a set of bunks in the other bedroom, two full beds in the loft, and a pullout queen bed in the living room.

The only major complaint is that the apartment can handle easily up to 8 people, but you are only allowed one parking pass. The other cars have to park about a 5 minute drive away and pay daily at a meter.
