Our brand new, luxurious, waterfront, two-story Marco Island home is 
splashed with color, comfortably decorated and furnished with 
excellent amenities.  Boaters will love the new dock with a lift and 
will appreciate the water-direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and 
the southern exposure. 

This relaxing vacation home is the ultimate in meeting the needs of 
couples, families, or a group of friends gathering for a getaway.
Spend the winter with us or join us for a week. Vacationers of all 
ages will make memories come alive here. Empty nesters will 
appreciate the elegance of the master suite while children or 
grandchildren feel at home in the second floor bunk room. 
The fully equipped state of the art kitchen and wet bar opens into a 
dining area and cozy family room. Slide the 10-foot glass lanai 
windows back to experience indoor/outdoor living at its finest. 
The large screened lanai offers a pool, 6-foot spa with spillover 
and an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in GE grill and 
refrigerator.

neighbors and is close to the beach, resorts, shopping, restaurants, 
golf courses, boating, shelling  as well as a multitude of other

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season Rates:
    April to December - $2,000 - $2,500/week
During Season Rates:
    December to April - $2,500 - $4,000/week

Florida state/county tax - 10%
Reservation Deposit - 25% of rental rate
    Balance due 60 days prior to occupancy
Security/Damage Deposit - $750
