can also be rented separately as (two) 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3000 sq
ft each, or one can be rented as a 4.5 bedroom 4000 sq ft, (to
include an attached full one bedroom apartment and a 4th bathroom for
an additional $1650/week). The large one bedroom attached apartment
has a full living room with a flat panel television, high speed
internet access, a convenience kitchen, and bathroom with easy access
just outside the main house kitchen french doors.

Direct Beach Access! Only a short (one block) walk to Moonlight Beach
and Downtown Encinitas, the two patios have a huge Interior
features 3 huge bedrooms, 3/5 baths, all of the amenities, Oceanfront
Views from bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and dining room from
each of the houses! Relax while watching the wildlife, dolphins,
occasional whale or cruise ships pass by, while sitting or sunning on
your patio to enjoy your coffee and newspaper with a little privacy

restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Del Mar Race Track (or
leave the car, this is walking distance to the Coaster/Amtrak Train

lifeguard, facilities, play lot, volleyball nets, fire pits, tables,
and summer concerts. Downtown Encinitas boasts being voted one of the
USA's most picturesque cities. Catch the local ambience as you join
the locals in sampling various cuisines, stroll the shops, boutiques,
galleries or ride the scenic Coaster for a jaunt to Old Town,
downtown San Diego or Tijuana, Mexico.

concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Pura

Direct Beach Access. The full property has 4 Tempur-Pedic king beds,
two queens, plus high quality mattresses on a total of 4 single beds.
Two are a bunk bed set, 2 are trundle/daybeds plus a queen air
mattress is also in the apartment to use as needed.Built-in Barbeque
Grill, Patio Tables and Chairs. One side has a built-in fire-pit on
the front patio and the two can be opened as one huge patio. The
front courtyard includes a third huge extra large table and chairs
with a fire-pit built into the table, huge sun umbrella, and gorgeous
decorative pool. This property includes use of the pool and jacuzzi
at the adjacent condo property!! Full wet bar, Large Flat Panel TV's
(4) in each, DVDs, CDs, High Speed Internet access, Two Large
Spacious Fully equipped Kitchens and laundry rooms with huge front
load washers and dryers. Luxurious linens, towels, all is supplied!
Just bring your personal items, food and beverages and you are all
set!

This is San Diego! Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, the San
Diego Wild Animal Park, the Gaslamp District downtown, Old Town,
Legoland, Del Mar Fairgrounds and Horse Racing, Beaches,Beaches and
more! Moonlight Beach only one block south, walk the beach to it!
Access to the beach directly from the property.
You can also easily drive to Orange County for Disneyland and more,
and to Los Angeles for all that Southern California has to offer!
