Beautiful, four bedroom, 4 and a half bath house located on
prestigious Pirates Beach. With two master bedrooms and two bedrooms
with built-in bunk beds this unique beach house easily accommodates
two families, large families or couples vacationing together! House
built in 2001 with 2700+ sq feet. Access to Galveston Country Club
with golf course, swimming pools and restaurant.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac 1.5 blocks from the beach, it's an
ideal getaway beach house with spectacular Gulf views. This vacation
house is bright and colorfully decorated featuring wood floors and
granite countertops in the large kitchen and bathrooms. A reverse
floor plan makes this house functional and perfect for entertaining:
the living, dining and kitchen areas are all on the top level (Level
C) where you will find a spacious open floor plan, two seating areas
with fireplace, oversize kitchen, wetbar and dining area.

All four bedrooms are located on the middle level (Level B). Both
masters suites have king bed, access to private deck, cable TV with
dvd player, larger walk-in closet and private bathroom. The two bunk
rooms contains two built in bunks. On one side of the room are built
in full bunks (which are comfortable for two adults) and twin built
in bunks are located on the other side of room. Each bunk bedroom
has its own private bathroom and its own cable television/DVD. Full
size washer and dryer are located on this floor.

When you are ready to relax, step out onto one of three large decks
and hear the waves crashing. Everyone will enjoy the top deck with
its stunning wraparound views. It’s a wonderful place to see the sun
rise in the morning and stargaze at night. Outdoor dining and living
is easy on the Level C deck – there’s comfortable outdoor furniture
for lounging and a dining table for al fresco meals.

Other amenities include the ground floor with a convenient freezer,
BBQ Grill, and additonal outdoor tables and chairs. If you need to
stay connected while at the beach, there’s wireless internet access
and unlimited long distance within the continental U.S. Best of all,
when you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is
a short walk away!

Rental Policy: Pirates Beach maintains an extremely quiet family
atmosphere for the peaceful enjoyment of our neighbors and guests.
Therefore, we will rent only to families or family groups. If you
are not with a family group, you must be a responsible adult over
the age of 30 to make a reservation. The maximum number of guests is
sixteen. Pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted. Adults
cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. Guests must
comply with these Rental Policies and all subdivision restrictions.

Wetbar with icemaker, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, over 1000
sq ft of large covered and uncovered decks, large driveway with
covered parking for 3 cars and additional parking for 3 more cars,
High Speed wireless Internet Access, Telephone with free long
distance in US, 5 cable TV, 5 DVD players, Stereo, dishwasher,
miccrowave, full size washer/dryer, refrigerator, cooking utensils
provided, toaster, coffe maker, blender, BBQ grill, Linens and
towels provided;

Please remember: paper products, soaps, and personal
care items are NOT provided, but are easily available in town and in
the neighborhood store.

Galveston has a lot of activities; on the beach we recommend
shelling, jogging, biking, swimming, snorkeling and sightseeing. In
town you will find miniature golf, Museums, the Strand, Moody
Gardens and those unique historical buildings of exceptional
architectural style found at Broadway St., that dates from the
1900's. Beach, Biking, Birding, Boating, Dining/Restaurants,
Fishing,
Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Center, Gym, Golf, Miniature Golf, Jet
Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Water-skiing, Sailing,
Snorkeling/Diving, Shopping, Hiking, Horseshoes, Horseback Riding,
Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Parasailing, Shelling,
Rafting, Coastal Birding Trail, Moody Gardens is close by and offers
the Rainforest Pyramid, IMAX 3D Theater, Palm Beach, Discovery

Holiday rates: add 10% premium for Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving,Christmas and New Years

Refundable Security Deposit of $500. Prices include all fees.
