* $1,450 per WEEK or $230 per NIGHT * TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN RATES *
* Cleaning Fee: $100. [ for spots on the carpet (coffee, wine, etc.) or marks on the walls an extra fee may apply.]
* A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. This money
will be return within three (3) days from your departure date, upon
routine inspection. Any damage to the property will be subtracted from
your deposit. We must, receive a personal check, money order or credit
card or PAYPAL payment for the deposit on the day of initial booking.
Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The total of
the rental must be paid on the day of your arrival. We accept only
Cash or Cashier Checks.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or
early departure for any reason. Cancellations: made within 7 days from original booking: NO fee. After 7 days: $125 fee. After 14 days: $250 fee. After 21 days: $375 fee. After 28 days: forfeit deposit.
* Check in Time: 12:00 Noon - Check Out Time 12:00 Noon
* Loosing the facilities electronic key (tennis court, pool and
jacuzzi) will result in the charged of TWO (200) hundred dollars fee.
* This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on
the patio. Butts are to be disposed properly and not left anywhere on
the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $100.00
fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors
from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.
