Maine Hotel Tax is currently 7% for 2011 & 2012.    

For 2011, Check-in / check out times will be as follows:  Unit 45 - 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM / Unit 47 - 3:00 PM / 10:00 AM.  

 
Depost Information:

$500 Rental Fee Deposit per weekly rental required to hold the reservation.  50% of remaining Rental Fee & 1/2 of hotel  tax due 90 day's after the reservation is made.
Remaining 50% plus remaining hotel tax / of total rental due within 45
day's of occupancy.

$300 - $500(Pet)  Refundable Security Deposit required 14 day's prior to occupancy by check or CASH upon arrival.


Cancellation Policy:

Notice 45 days or greater - 100% refund
Less than 45 days - If the place should re-rent, we'll provide a
100% refund. Otherwise, there will be no refund.

Other:

Rates shown are for parties up to 6. Additional charge may apply for larger parties.

Payment:

Check or Cash perferred. Credit Card accepted by use of Pay Pal, however, a 4% fee will be assessed.
