living areas on the property.

There are 2 bedrooms in the main house. 1 queen bed and one single.
1 full bath (with shower), living room, dining area and kitchen with
dishwasher. There are 2 decks on the main house and a common area
laundry room in an outside building.
In the apartment living quarters there is 1 queen bed and 2 twins. 1 bathroom
on the main floor and 1/2 bath (sink and toilet) in the sleeping
quarters.
There are televisions with direct tv, linens, towels, 2
refridgerator/freezers, dishes, pots and pans, microwave oven,
electric stove and oven plus an outside grill. 2 sea kayaks for your
use included.
