This Unique Luxury Adobe style home custom built in 2007, has amazing panoramic views of sunsets, sunrises, star filled skies, and natural beauty that will take your breath away. These dramatic views can be appreciated from every room of the 2800 sq. ft, home. It is furnished in a relaxed southwest style with log beds, sheepskin rugs, and many designer touches.
The family room has a cozy fireplace and large windows with unobstructed views of the red rock canyon, sage, junipers and wildlife. We see a variety of bunnies, deer, roadrunners, lizards and an occasional coyote.
For additional entertainment, it is also equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite and DVR, a stereo system with DVD player and a large library of movies. Wireless internet is provided to keep you in touch with the outside world.
The well equipped gourmet Kitchen is open to the dinning and family room to enjoy family and friends while cooking and cleaning up. The dining table seats 8 comfortably with two extra at the kitchen counter. And again, more windows with amazing views.
The large master bedroom suite has French doors leading to the back patio. It is such a pleasure to wake each morning to the sunrise that unfolds. The fireplace in the bedroom is a Kiva Style that is both functional and very romantic. The master bathroom has a large, jetted soaker tub, a separate walk-in shower, dual sinks and a private toilet room.
On the opposite end of the home are two more large bedrooms. One has another French door leading to the patio . The other bedroom is very large and has two queen sized beds, an entertainment center with TV and DVD player and a dresser. All the beds are newer, high quality and very comfortable. All of the bedrooms have walk-in closets. The guest bathroom has a very unique shower and jetted tub combination. We call it the space shower and when you see it you will know why. The 12x 64 foot covered patio complete with grill, and fire pit, is a comfortable place to relax and watch wildlife. Being 6 miles east of town, this home offers quiet solitude, magnificent views and the best star gazing around.

The Large chef’s kitchen will provide you with everything you will
need. From cookware, dishware, silverware, cups, glasses, microwave,
fridge with ice and water dispenser, toaster, coffee grinder and
coffee pot, dishwasher and stove. The open floor plan allows for
enjoying your family and friends while preparing meals or cleaning up.
The master bedroom is large but cozy with a queen sized log bed,
leather couch and Kiva style gas fireplace.
After a day of hiking and exploring, relax in the master bath with a
jetted tub big enough for two or large walk-in shower with wall jets.
Two of the bedrooms have French doors leading to a huge porch with
unobstructed views of the red rock canyon.
The guest bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath that you just have to see
to believe.
One large bedroom has two queen beds, an entertainment center and a
dresser.
This home sleeps 8 in beds and an additional futon as well as many
large couches for extra guests.
Our vacation home also has a washer and dryer.

Hiking, biking, boating, and ATV riding are just a few of the many
outdoor activities that await your discovery. Within a short drive
you can discover the wonders of Southern Utah.
Bryce Canyon, Zion Park, Lake Powell, the north rim of The Grand
canyon, Grand staircase, and Coral pink Sand Dunes.
Don't miss visiting Best Friends animal Sanctuary. The largest no-
kill animal shelter in North America located a short 10 minute drive
away.

Location:
On the outskirts of Kanab, only 10 minutes from town, in the highly desirable “Vermillion cliffs” area. The home is not located in a subdivision. All of the properties in the neighborhood are on 2.5 acre minimum lots and are mostly unfenced (except for horse corrals), giving it that wide-open Southwestern feeling. This 2800 Square foot 3 bedroom luxury home backs the quiet solitude of amazing red rock canyons. The back yard borders BLM land and some of the best hiking is right out the back-door.

Our home is within 90 minutes of all the major national parks in Southern Utah, making it a great location for exploring the fabulous National parks and hiking trails of southern Utah.
