This beautiful, ocean front condo with its breathtaking view of the
Atlantic ocean is located on Ocean Boulevard in the GRAND STRAND
section of Myrtle Beach. From my condo, you will enjoy a
fabulous OCEAN FRONT VIEW. The condo is in the Sands Resorts and
located in the Ocean Forest Plaza. Ocean Forest Plaza has 23 floors
and my unit is on the 19th floor. The photos on this page were taken
on my balcony.

My fully-furnished condo features 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, a
brand new sofabed (bought in 2009)that sleeps 2 more to accomodate six guests, a
sink/grooming area in the bedroom with a wrap around mirror.

I have one full bath(granite countertops 2009); a spacious livingroom with a great floor
plan; a fully equipped kitchen and a fabulous private balcony. Being
on the 19th floor you have fabulous views of the ocean and you will
be able to see the dolphins jumping.

The livingroom is spacious with a great floor plan. The condo has a
stove, refrigerator, dish water and a full stocked kitchen. There is
a large wall to wall sliding glass doors to set off a perfect
stunning ocean view. You don't have to worry about condo keys I just
installed digital locks for worry free entry.

You'll enjoy all resort amentities, including an outdoor heated pool
(heated from mid March to October) heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi,
sauna, and steam room.   Wireless internet is now available.  In front of the resort there is also a city bus service that goes North and South on the strip. 

Additionally, Ocean Forest Plaza have employees on-site for night
security, airport shuttle service. If you don't want to be at the
ocean you can relax pool side.

motorcycles allowed on premises per building association).

Strand. There are hundreds of restaurants in the area to choose from
fast food to the finest dining. You also have a fully equipped condo
to do your own cuisine. The condo is 10 minutes from the new 140
acre HARD ROCK THEME PARK. This theme park boasts 40 attractions,
roller coasters, retail shops and numerous restaurants.

Also in Myrtle Beach there is, Broadway at the Beach,
Planet Hollywood, Carolina Opry, The Palace Theater, Barefoot
Country, The Alabama Theater, Brookgreen Gardens, Ripleys Aquariam,
numerous nightclubs, Pavilion Amusement Park, outlet shopping
centers, and a great beach. You name it, you are there. Also you are
only steps from the local limo-bus stop.
