Ozark Charm - SWIMMING POOL - Club House in Branson

Our Ozark Charm home is designed for families and groups of up to 20
who want a relaxing vacation retreat with on site swimming, yet is
close to all of Branson's attractions.
Ozark Charm is just ten minutes from the Branson Landing and less
than ten minutes from the Hwy 76 "Branson strip" with all the live
shows and entertainment.
For fun on Table Rock Lake, this home is just 1/4 mile from the boat
launch and lake swimming. Bring your own boat (must be parked in the
secure gated parking provided) or rent one from State Park Marina,
less than five minutes away. For a sand beach area, Moonshine Beach
is just ten minutes away.
This seven bedroom home with seven king size beds and luxurious
linens comfortably accommodates up to 20 adults. You are surrounded
with Ozark cabin decor, yet have all the modern day amenities.
Upon entering the front door, you are greeted with the open kitchen /
dining / great room which gives the home a spacious feel. The kitchen
is fully equipped and the island makes preparing meals convenient.
The main level also has two bedrooms and two full baths, with handi-
cap accessibility, both with their own TV.
The open stair case leads up to the second level which has two
bedrooms and one full bath.
The lower level has three bedrooms, two full baths, and an open
family room. After a long day of fun, cozy up on one of the family
room sofas in front of the gas fireplace and big screen TV. The
washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.
Step out on the large deck in back and kick back in the comfy patio
chairs while grilling some meat on the gas grill.
Or walk up to the club house and swimming pool for a refreshing dip
in the water. Play a game eight ball on the club house pool table.
Pool open mid May through September.
Whether it's a family reunion, wedding anniversary, birthday
celebration, or just getting together to enjoy each other's company
while on vacation, this home is ideal for all ages.
