Hemmingway Island Beach House in Navarre Beach

The Hemmingway Island House has just been remodeled. New Hardwood
floors, new ceramic tile, new fresh paint, new cabinets and granite
tops in kitchen, new beds, new linens, new bathrooms. Awesome! There
is a pool table and a real slot machine (tokens only) in the all open
living, dining area with windows that catch a panoramic view of the
Santa Rosa Sound that is only feet from the door. There are 3
balconys and one large porch for sitting or dining and viewing the
activities of the day with sailing boats, jet skiers, parasailing and
at night the reflection of the lights over the water is awesome.
There is a large table for dining. The Gulf of Mexico is just a
short two minute walk and beach access boardwalk. There is also
private pier/dock for fishing or mooring a boat or jet ski.

The house has a washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen for
cooking, if that is what you really want to do(?) NON SMOKING

There is a commumity pool located one house away, a private boat
dock/pier for mooring your boat or jet skis. Or for just sitting,
fishing, or watching the sun set while watching the dolphins. It is
located on an island, you will have to cross a bridge to get to
Navarre Beach. You are surrounded by water. Flea market and Zoo is
within 5 to 8 miles from the house. Golf is also this close.
Grocery stores and a new Wal-Mart is about 4 miles from the house.

The Gulf of Mexico is located only a few yards away from the front
door of the house. There is a short 2 minute walk to the Gulf of
Mexico. NON SMOKING HOUSE

There are two very nice resturants located on the island less than a
half mile from the house. A Tom Thumb is also on the island.

Parasailing, jetsking, skate boarding, flea market, Zoo, Publix
grocery, a new Wal-Mart, jet ski rentals, theaters, and a whole varity
of resturants are located back on the main land or down the National
Seaside Preserve highway to Pensecola Beach that is just about 15
miles away. Museums and military bases along with historical places
to see in the area.
