The beach is just steps from the door. You really feel like
you're at the shore in this lovely condo in a four unit building
(not a big impersonal complex).

Second and third bedrooms plus full bath are separate from the
master suite which adds to privacy. Master bedroom has a king
size bed, middle bedroom has a queen size bed, the small bedroom has
a twin bed with a trundle.

On a quiet, centrally-located, residential street (no hot, busy
streets to cross), a short stroll to restaurants and ice cream
stand.

Park your car in covered parking and leave it there. You can walk to
everything!

The perfect place for your shore vacation. You won't want to
leave...and you'll want to come back every year.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Fully-equipped, updated kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, trash
compactor, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee-maker, blender, ice-maker, crock pot and counter-top grille. Ceiling fans in all rooms, central a/c.
Washer/dryer. 2 cable TVs/DVD players/VCRs. Wall-mounted hairdryer in each
bathroom. 2 outdoor showers keep sand outside. 2 covered parking
spaces and 6 beach tags (which stay with the condo) are included.
Beach chairs are provided.

Linens, towels and beach towels available at an extra charge.  (Mattress pads, bed spreads, blankets, kitchen towels and cloth place mats and napkins are included at no charge.)

Going over the bridge into Brigantine is like stepping back into a
time of quieter, slower-paced living. Yet...

There is so much to do in Brigantine and nearby Atlantic City.

Brigantine has beautiful beaches for surfing, fishing, and kite
flying (in addition to sunbathing and swimming, of course!).
There are marinas where you can launch your boat or hire one to
navigate into the bay.

Bring your clubs...to tee off at the course right on the island.
(You can even book your tee times online.)

The Marine Mammal Stranding Center Sea Life Educational
Center & Museum, a short walk from the condo, sponsors
cruises for whale and dolphin watching; a "Tide Pool"
underwater observation tank, and a hands-on whale anatomy
display. A great place for the kids.

The recreation complex a few blocks away has bocce, tennis,
basketball courts, and more. On Wednesdays, in the summer,
there are concerts at the gazebo.

Atlantic City, with its boardwalk, nightlife, casinos, comedy clubs,
and restaurants is a 5 minute ride over the bridge. You can also
take the bus if you don't want to worry about parking. AC also
offers daily theme cruises. Check on-line to see which headliners
will be appearing there during your stay and book some tickets for a
show.  Pamper yourself with the Bally's day spa - under $200 which includes lunch, 3 treatments and gym, pool, sauna, whirlpools, steam room and lounging deck overlooking the ocean.
