Charming Log Cabin between Loon & Waterville in White Mountains

Enjoy a private getaway in a conveniently located Log Cabin only 2
hours from Boston. The home is located off of exit 28 on Route 93
North. This is an ideal location for either a winter or summer
vacation as it is only 15 minutes from either Loon Mountain and
Waterville Valley and located on Route 175 north of the town of
Campton. It is also located within 1/2 mile walk of the Pemi River
and 3 secluded swimming holes are located within a 3 mile drive.
The Deck faces north and overlooks the White Mountains with Loon
Mountain visible to the Northeast. Walk, bike, ski or snowshoe out
the front door.

The main floor has an open living room with a cathedral ceiling and
a loft above it which can sleep two in a full size futon. There is
also matching armoire that opens up and has a 27 inch television
with DVD/VCR and cable. A hallway from the top of the stairs leads
to the master bedroom with full bed and attached full bathroom. The
first floor has a bunk room with a bunk bed and a twin and can sleep
three. Across the hall is a bedroom with a full bed and a full
bathroom is across the hall.

There is a full kitchen with the sink in the island and it faces a
wooden farmers table in the dining area of the main room. There is a
full compliment of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Four cots with
air mattresses and sleeping bags are also available. A door from the
kitchen leads to the deck which has mountain views and 4 beautiful
90 foot pine trees in the backyard. There is a walkout unfinished
basement which is used for storage and work.

head East into the White Mountain National Forest or West and to the
Pemigewasset River on the other side of the access road.
Excellent base location for sightseeing, hiking, fishing, skiing,
kayaking, wildlife viewing, antiquing, golf or just sitting and
reading.
Just north of town of Campton which has all stores you may need.

In Season-Dec 15th-March 30th & June 1st-October 15th
$950 per week $600 per 3 night weekend if available

Off Season-October 15th-December 15th & April 1st-June 1st
$850 per week $500 per 3 night weekend if available
