Thousand Island Cottage - 'The Point' in Alexandria Bay

This is an absolutely great cottage that sits out on a Point,
overlooking the St. Lawrence River. You are surrounded by the St.
Lawrence River on 3 sides. You are very close to the American side
of the channel, and have an incredible view of the ships going by.
There is a private boat ramp on the property, as well as private dock
for your boat. The screened in porch was added 2 summers ago, and has
been a great hit. This property has been deemed to be one of the
nicest spots on the St. Lawrence River.

This home as a full kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (bedroom #1 has a queen
size bed, bedroom #2 has 2 double beds, and there are 2 rollaway cots
that can be moved anywhere) 1 full bath, and a great room with a
TV/DVD player. There is also cable TV, and internet connectivity.  We do ask that tenants bring their own sheets and towels. If you are traveling from afar and this is an inconvenience, please let us know and we will provide towels and linens

Well, you're in the 1000 islands so there's always something to do,
but here are some of our favorites...
The Antique Boat Show, the Poker Run, the locks up in Mesina,
antique shopping, boating, day trips to Alex Bay by boat and/or car,
the drive-in is a favorite, swiming, fishing, and life on the water

2012 rates are:

$900 a week spring: May and June

$1,350 a week summer: June 30th - August 31st

$900 a week fall: September 1st - Columbus Day

We
ask for a $100 security deposit, that will be refunded within 10 days
as long as the house is in the same great shape you found it in.
Discounts are given for multiple weeks. Our weekly rentals run from
Saturday through Saturday. Check in time is 3pm, and check out time
is 10am. We ask that you leave the house clean and ready for the next
tenants. A $50 cleaning fee applies if the house is not left clean.
The house is stocked with all needed cleaning supplies.
