Tapanco/Sleeping Porch rents for:
$100.00 a night low season (May 1-Oct 31)
$150.00 a night high season (Nov 1- Apr 30)
All rooms are double occupancy (two adutls and two children) or per family per night and includes breakfast and all the beer you can drink.
Extra beds are available in each Casita at $50 per person for those
over 18 years of age. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday, exceptions in low season.
Tapanco is the sleeping porch over Common Area and includes two
single beds set up separate or joined, each additional bed at
$50/night high or low season. Tapanco fits up to 6 beds.
Caretaker and housekeeper services included.
Prices include all taxes.
