Charming Historic Home in Windham

This beautiful 5 bedroom home is located on Main Street in the heart
of Windham New York. You are a three minute drive to the Windham
Mountain base lodge and great skiing or the Mountain Adventure Park
for snow tubing, ice skating and other adventures. The house is
within walking distance to Restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, brew
pup, post office, convenience store, and more. The house has a large
country kitchen with a large dining table, a family room with wood
burning stove and wide screen television, and a mud room for ski and
snowboard storage. There are 5 bedrooms, three with queen size beds
and one with twin beds and one with a day bed and futon.

The house is fully equiped with all linens and bedding. The kitchen
has a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range.
There is a Washer and Dryer for your convenience. All utensils are
provided. Cable TV is provided, local phone service, and high speed
internet acces is also provided.

Golfing, biking, hiking are all available near by.  summer rental rates have just been reduced.  Rent for $1500 per month.                                                                                                                                 You are three minutes away from Windham Mountain for skiing or the
Mountain Adventure Park for Snow Tubing, Ice Skating and other
activities. Hunter Mountain and Bellayre Mountain are 15 minutes and
45 minutes away. The area also offers hunting, snow mobiling, cross
country skiing, hiking, skating, and many other activities. The
Windham Chamber Music Festival offers summer concerts and also has
several winter offerings.

This beautiful 5 bedroom home is available for Summer rental.  The rates have just been reduced.  Stay for a whole month, $1500.  You can really improve your golf game.  Weekends if available start at $400 per night, 2 night minimum.  Weekly rates if available start at $2000.  Rates may be higher during special events.
