Wonderfully maintained apartment that is beautifully decorated with
newer kitchen appliances. Everything to make your stay enjoyable.
Sleeps 6-7 comfortably. Queen size bed in master bedroom, full & twin
beds in second bedroom. Queen sleeper in living room. All you
need to have a relaxing & fun vacation. Choose from lying or walking on
the beach to playing in the 2 pools available for your use. Located in
well maintained Sun Skipper complex on desirable north end of beach
near fishing pier, quiet even at height of season.

Washer & dryer in hall bathroom which has full bath. Master bedroom
has shower.
Living room, & each bedroom has TV, with VCR/DVD players.
Stereo in living room. Queen sleeper couch.
Ocean front balcony, outdoor pool. 2 covered parking spaces.
Renters need to provide own linens & towels. We can arrange for rental.

We rent Sunday to Sunday in High Season. Check in Sunday at 4 pm,
Check out Sunday 11 am.
2012 Rates--Please check calendar for availability
Jan. 1 up to Memorial Day--$900/Week $135/night (2 night minimum)
Memorial Day- through Labor Day--$1250/week
Week after Labor Day- End of Oct-$900/week $150/night (2 night minimum)
Nov-December 31--$850/week $135/night (2 night minimum)*
*Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years $175/night (2 night minimum)
$65 cleaning fee. 50% deposit at time of booking & remainder at least
2 weeks prior to rental date. $250 security deposit required with
deposit & returned after apartment checked out for any damage.
Methods of payment: personal check, money order, credit cards or PayPal. Credit cards and PayPal 3.5% additional.
Positively No Smoking and sorry no pets allowed.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
