This Gorgeous condo is among Million dollar condo's on the luxurious
island of Longboat Key. This condo is very spacious with a very open
floor plan. Located in the center of Longboat this complex is within
a short drive to Culture filled Sarasota, famous St Armonds Circle,
The Mote Marine, and just a few hours away from Bush Gardens or
Disney World.

A large selection of fine dining, shopping, culture,
and just beach or vacation activities are at your front door.
Relaxing mild temperatures provide fishing, golfing and site seeing.

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor (elevator access) and has been
newly remodeled from floor to ceiling! We have 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second
bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.
There is a full size pull out sofa in the living room. This condo
sleeps 6 comfortably.

We have 2 televisions both with dvd players.
On site: laundry (not in unit), ample parking spaces. The resort is handicapped accessible with elevators.

The resort is located one mile from a Publix supermarket that offers
good options in terms of food and beverages. A pharmacy is adjacent
to the supermarket. Bicycle rental is available at Ace Hardware, 5
minutes from the resort. Besides the resort is the Hilton hotel,
which rents sea-doos and small catamarans. There are many
restaurants on the Island that offer a variety of types of foods at
different price levels.
A few minutes south of the resort is St-Armands' Circle, which offers
a multitude of boutiques, restaurants, bars and a lovely "promenade".
You will enjoy the pace and the security of this island and the
quality of foods. Find the Sand Bar on Anna Maria Island, or discover
the Mar Vista less than 3 miles north, ... or find your own
restaurant in Sarasota.

Along Florida's central west Gulf Coast and nestled between Manatee
County and Sarasota County is the barrier island known as Longboat

elegant St. Armand’s Circle. Across the bay in Sarasota, you'll find
rich cultural heritage alive with superb galleries and performing
arts such as the Ringling Museum of Art and the Van Wezel Performing
Arts Center.
