House of the Sun Unit 503 in Siesta Key

This Gulf side unit has beautiful tile throughout the common area and
bathrooms. Off white carpets grace the two bedrooms. The master bath
is Marble, and has two sinks. The bedding is described above, but
the Maters’ bed has a pillow top mattress. The dining area is flame
stitched, with a glass top table, the appliances are top of the line
and the countertops are molded Corian both in the kitchen and Master
bath. You also may dine outside on the balcony where you can get a
great view of the gulf and beach.

The most remarkable feature of Siesta Key is right outside your door
at House of the Sun – the gorgeous, crystal-white always cool sands
of Crescent Beach stretching out to the Gulf of Mexico. The fine
quartz sand has won many awards. Just south of Crescent Beach is
Point of Rocks, a popular great spot for snorkeling and diving.

House of the Sun is located across the street from the Crescent Beach
shopping area, where you can find several restaurants, a variety of
boutique shops, a post office, pharmacy, market, and rental centers.
They’re all conveniently located, providing anything you need to
enjoy your stay at the beach.

Close by you can rent a Jet Ski or kayak, schedule a parasail flight,
or buy fishing equipment and bait. Bicycle or cruise up the Key to
Siesta Village, to find more shops, and the world-famous Siesta
Public Beach with a playground, volleyball, tennis courts, picnic
areas and concession stands.

Across the bridge in Sarasota, you’ll find a wealth of arts, cultural
events, museums, abundant shopping and dining venues. The area offers
golf courses for every level of golfer, plays, theaters and
galleries. Tampa and Orlando are an easy day-trip, with more renowned
museums and entertainment centers.
