Vacation Rental Description

The Penticton House is full from June 10 to August 30, 2008. 

Dates are available in June and September 2008. 

Modern contemporary and luxurious three level, LAKEFRONT HOUSE. 
Private sandy beach, large deck and private floating dock with a 
level yard. This properrty is located in Penticton on Skaha Lake 
which is ideal for all watersports. 

Large windows to provide a spectacular view. All the modern 
conveniences including high quality furnishings, leather sofas, wine 
cooler and air conditioning.

Relax on one of the two front decks overlooking the lake or dive off 
the dock for a swim. Enjoy the breathtaking view and soak up the 
Okanagan SUN! Modern clean décor and furnishing with comfortable 
beds will make your stay enjoyable.

The house is located a few feet from the lake so it is easy to dive 
in and cool off or to climb onto your favorite floating mattress or 
chair. It is a five to seven minute drive to Penticton. The 
Penticton main beach on Skaha lake is minutes away.
The house has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, with two 
separate living room areas - 2400 square feet.

Penticton tourist attractions such as the canal between Lake 
Okanagan and Skaha Lake, water slides, go karts, mini golf, horse-
back riding, tennis, beach volleyball courts are all a very short 
drive away and close by.

Award winning Penticton and Naramata wineries and great golf are in 
the neighborhood. Osoyoos and Kelowna are both less than 1/2 hour 
drives.

Lake and yard access is from the lower level of the house. There is 
a short flight of stairs down to the gradually sloping sandy beach 
which is ideal for children.

This two level vacation home can sleep eight people very 
comfortably. We allow a maximum of six adults (older than 18) or 
four adults and up to four children (younger that 18). It is great 
spot for up to three couples or two small families. The home could 
accommodate more, but we do not generally allow groups larger than 
eight and never more than six adults.

Please note that furniture is as shown, however electronics (TV's) 
and decor have been upgraded and changed for summer 20076.  

(NOTE: We also have a LAKEFRONT house in Vernon on Lake Okanagan 
with a week available in Summer 2006 - inquire if interested)
