Welcome to Ocean Blue! This magnificent home is direct oceanfront,
on a lovely barrier island between the Atlantic ocean and the
IntraCoastal Waterway. The large back yard is a perfect place for a beach wedding or family reunion.  Since there are only single family homes and a
few nice restaurants here, the beach is very private, peaceful, and
quiet. No cars are allowed on the beach, and there are no high rises
or fast food joints to interrupt your serenity. Enjoy wonderful ocean
views throughout the house, or walk right across the back yard until
your toes are in the sand. There is plenty of open decking and
balcony for suntanning, or you can stay cool in the spacious screen
porch.  The hot tub is perfect for relaxing in at night under the stars.

Ocean Blue is a custom built home features over 4,100 square feet of
fantastic ocean front living. Each of the four bedrooms has it's own
private full bathroom. The master suite is second to none, with
panoramic ocean views from the second floor, and a private open
balcony and screened patio. The second master bedroom, downstairs
features a queen bed and large private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has
a king bed and a twin bed and a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom features 2 twins and a queen, TV, and private bathroom. The open floorplan
allows for family gathering in the kitchen and living areas. The
fully furnished kitchen opens to the dining area and has marvelous
views of the Atlantic. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace
and plenty of seating for everyone. Watch the big game in the private
media room with DVD/CD player, TV, and surround sound. The media has a sleeper sofa and a twin bed, making it a 5th bedroom.  The backyard features a large open patio with gas grill and a path through the dunes right down to the sandy beach. The back deck has plenty of furniture for lounging and a bar with ice buckets for your drinks. Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower!

There are several excellent restaurants and shopping for every day
items within a five minute drive! A fabulous nature park with trails
is two miles away. In 10 minutes you can be in downtown historic St.
Augustine with lots of attractions, great seafood, fun shopping,
fishing and boating, many golf courses, including the World Golf
Village, and more. In 15 minutes you can be in posh Ponte Vedra, with
more great restaurants, shopping, and more golf! Day trips to Disney,
Daytona Speedway, and Marineland are easy! The Serenata Beach Club,
with its 3 huge pools, work out facility, and activities for
children, is just a mile away. Your entire party can join the club
for a nominal fee.

Minimum $500 reservation/damage deposit required on all reservations of one week or less.  Reservation deposit is refunded within two week after check out, assuming no damage to the property, abuse, or excessive cleaning is required.   Cleaning fee for all rentals is $225 or $275 depending on which cleaning option is chosen by the guest.  Guests can elect to do minor cleaning items listed on the rental agreement and save $50 on cleaning. 10% tax applies to all rents and fees (refundable deposits excluded)

There may be a $500 upcharge for all major US holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years)

Ocean Blue is available for weddings.  Weddings and reception must take place in the back yard and the beach, and are subject to homeowner approval.  $1,500 wedding fee, additional $2,000 refundable damage deposit, and event liability policy required (approx. $150).
