The Akoni-Pule Guesthouses and North Kohala offer an immersive

The main house is two stories of luxury including two queen sized bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths with an outdoor bali stone shower, first & second story lanais including a screened in area on the second story and a fully screened in, sunken entertainment room on the ground floor. There is also a stand alone king sized master suite with its own kitchen, sitting area, lanai, and bath including another bali-stone outdoor shower, and a pull-out couch.

Set back from the road, a striking variety of lush flora envelopes and
divides the property, including hibiscus, birds of paradise, orchids,
ferns, palms, an awesome banyan tree and fruit trees offering the
freshest mangoes, papayas, bananas, and avocados that are yours for
the picking. Savor oceanic, pastoral or jungle views as tropical birds
sing, geckos chatter, the island breezes caress the trees, and the
resonance of the tide rhythmically whispers in the distance.

This innovatively designed home features custom workmanship, prized
Hawaiian woods, and fine art appointments in a perfect fusion of
utility and aesthetics. It also exhibits cathedral ceilings with an
open-concept design.

The full size kitchen boasts an impressive 9 foot solid koa-slab
island and modern appliances including coffee maker & grinder,
blender, dishwasher, full sized stovetop, oven, and refrigerator,
microwave, toaster, full compliment of pots, pans, cooking utensils
and dishware. There is an outdoor charcoal grill. Covered lanais on
both the first and second floors, including a screened in lanai on the
second floor. The open air screened in entertainment room houses a
big-screen TV, and entrance to full state-of-the-art laundry
facilities to help you pack light. The rental is also fully equipped
with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie
boards, beach towels, snorkel fins and masks. This home has TV/DVD and
satellite TV, Video/DVD library, wireless internet access, and phone.
Portable movie screen and projector can be set up either on the lanai,
balcony, or under the Banyan Tree for movie nights. Linens and towels
are provided. Smoking is permitted on the lanai.
