Our vacation rental home is located at the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. The mountain
home is situated on the highest line of development just west of the Wasatch range. The
mountains are your back yard with endless skiing/hiking, and there are gorgeous views of
the valley out your window.

The rental house just had a brand new deck and hot-tub built this summer! This Salt Lake
City vacation rental house comes fully furnished with all high-end furnishings. We have
worked hard to provide tenants with a cozy environment where you have everything you
need. The house includes two new sofas, ready-to-use kitchen, satellite HDTV, high-speed
wireless Internet, and a hot tub.

The Cottonwood Canyons are one of America’s ideal vacation locations if skiing is what
you like to do. One thing there is plenty of here is snow, feather-light snow, and lots of it.
As condensation blows in across the Great Salt Lake and up the canyons, it dumps snow,
adding up to about 500 inches of the stuff annually—more than anywhere else on the
continent, and even more in the Cottonwood Canyons than neighboring areas like Park
City. Snowbird, Solitude, Alta, and Brighton tend to have anywhere between 20-50 more
inches of snow base than other neighboring (and more expensive) resorts do. Love
snowboarding? Try Brighton out. It remains one of the most affordable resorts and has a
terrain park. It is also a great resort for beginning skiers. Want to get away from the kids
and the snowboarders? Try Alta. Or take a ride up the Gondola at Snowbird and ski some
of the longest, sweetest runs found anywhere. Snowbird boasts some of the most
