the top third floor with ocean views from all rooms. Featuring a
fully furnished one bedroom, one bath nicely appointed condo. The
unit is unique and isolated from neighbor noise because the home
does not share a common wall with neighbors. The unit sleeps two
comfortably and up to four persons max. A queen bed is in the
bedroom and queen sized futon sofa bed is in the living room.
The kitchen has luxury appointed granite countertops with upscale
appliances including, range, refrigerator, dishwasher and
microwave. The balcony faces southwest with views to the Pacific

Located next to the stairs and elevator above the main entrance.  A safe secured building equipped with cable TV in living room and bedroom, heated ools, spa, BBQ area and fitness facilities. One assigned parking space is located under the building in a gated parking area. Public transportation is a minute walk from the building. Coin operated laundry is adjacent to the unit. Wall A/C in the living area but due to ocean breezes is hardly ever needed!

Close to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Mission Bay and neighboring the famous upscale community of La Jolla. Conveniently located near eateries, groceries and other shops. Restaurants neighbor the home and including bars, supermarket, gas station, dry cleaning, bakery, cafes, car wash and much more. The tourist areas, clubs, pubs, sports bars and all dining choices are just blocks away. The water activities in the area include surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, swimming, sailing, jetskiing, waterskiing and fishing.  The famous Torrey Pines Golf Course (Home of the 2008 US Open.) is located in the neighboring La Jolla.  The popular Pacific Beach and Mission Beach Boardwalk is near as well as Belmont Park.  Sea World is located in the nearby Mission Bay Aquatic Park. The World famous San Diego Zoo, downtown and the airport are approximately 20 minutes away.  Disneyland is 1 hour away.

Weekly rentals under 4 weeks are not available.

Long term rentals from September to May Monthly $1995.
Monthly summer(June~August) and holiday rate is $2400~2600.

Refundable deposit is $200

Rental fee includes all utilities including Cable TV, Broadband Access via USB Card, use of condo facilities and one parking space.   Only other additional cost would be coins for the laundry machines if desired.

Long term rental requires a credit check and deposit is $500 on approved credit.
