Beach. Has beautiful views and sunsets. Dining area overlooks the
ocean and the town of Puerto Nuevo. This home consists of four lower
level fully furnished bedrooms which can sleep up to eight guests ( usually
two guests per room but can sleep more). Two of the bedrooms have full bathes, while the
other remainding rooms share a hallway bathroom. All rooms include
sheets, towels, and ceiling fans.
This home includes three balconies, two which are fully furnished.
Home also includes a patio and a two car garage with remote access.

Beautifully furnished with dining area, sitting area, couches,
satelite television, VCR, CD and DVD Player. Kitchen is equiped with
microwave, fridge, oven, electric stovetops, coffee maker, kitchen
utensils, cookware, and dishes. Gas Barbeque grill included as well.

This home is close to all beach activities including nightlife.
Walking distance from the town of Puerto Nuevo. Fifteen minute drive
to Rosarito.

Daily Rate:
$200 per day (A two night minnimum is required).

Weekly Rate:
$1050 per week
$200 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit is required.
