The waterfront is shared with one other home providing a more affordable lake experience for the vacationers seeking an exceptional value. The home is charming, neat and clean, with a beautiful great room and large front deck. The fully equipped kitchen features tile countertops, microwave and dishwasher. Living areas feature new furnishings and beds, fresh  paint, carpets or hardwood floors with lots of windows and natural light. Smoking is permitted on the front and back porch/deck areas, and outside. This is also a no pet home.

June, July and August $975/week
May and September $800/week
April and October $700/week or 1400/month
November to March $450/week or 1250/month
Security deposit of $250 is due 14 days from reservation; refundable
within 30 days of departure.  Larger deposits required for monthly rentals.
Cleaning fee includes final laundry $85.00 per visit.
All checks must clear prior to arrival, and a copy of your drivers
license or passport is required.
**Cancellation/Refund Policy**
Refund of all payments less administrative fee of $50 if re-rented on same terms.
All rates subject to change without notice.
Please do not smoke in the house, or you will lose the security deposit.
