Pelican Isle Gulf Front Condo! Directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the direct, in your face view of the Gulf of Mexico while you are making your morning coffee,  relaxing in the living room or out on the balcony.  The white sand beaches, warm blue green water, and the sound of the surf are so beautiful and relaxing. You'll also enjoy the breathtaking views of the dolphins swimming by and pelicans flying across the water.

Later take a dip in the gulf side pool, heated in the winter months, or relax in the hot tub.

As of Mar 1, 2013, we installed new carpet, new sleeper sofa and chair and recovered the bar stools and dining chairs too! Looks Beautiful!  

Other features include a nice great room, Gulf front balcony with 4 chairs & a table,  Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 bedroom with King Bed and 2 full baths. 

Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bunk beds in the hallway.

The TV's are in both living room & bedroom and a DVD player.

The Pelican Isle fitness room includes treadmill, stationary bike, and a steps machine.

This unit also includes complimentary Wi-Fi wireless internet access and daily complimentary Beach Service.

Each morning around 8am, Beach Service personnel will set up 2 beach lounge chairs and umbrella on the Gulf for your relaxation.

If you enjoy walking the beach, the Boardwalk pier is only a mile and a half down the beach with a few refreshment stops available along the way.

Walk the beach and look for shells, go to the Gulfairium, plenty of
great restaurants to choose from.
