I would recommend this condo to everyone. This condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and exactly as described. We had direct sunrise over the ocean in the mornings and direct sunset over the Halifax River in the evening. The views are spectacular. The owner is a pleasure to work with, very friendly and great communications. We had an absolutely wonderful time, for the whole month...

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Our stay at Ormand beach was wonderful! the condo was exceptionally clean, beautiful views of the ocean. The owner of the Condo Paul is a very nice man, that will greet you at the condo to give you the keys. I would definitely go back since my stay with my family was so enjoyable, there was plenty of room for everyone to have there own space and not feel packed in and uncomfortable, we had 8 people on our vacation as well. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone who is looking to stay right on the beach with ocean views, 2 big balconies that you can look out into the ocean for miles, while eating breakfast in the morning, reading books or just taking a nice nap, while relaxing and listening to the ocean as it takes all your stresses away. If you choose this condo, you will be very happy with your stay.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Very Spacious and Beautiful

When first arriving, we were greeted by Mr. Paul, the owner, which was very nice. As we were shown the property I was amazed at how large and beautiful it was, the pictures did not do it justice in my opinion. The bathrooms were very spacious and the walk-in closets were huge. The condo on a whole was very accommodating and comfortable. There were DVD's and VHS tapes provided and also books to read if we were interested. We were so close to the beach which was a big plus for us, we only had to pass by the pool and then we were there. It was a quiet neighborhood and right across the street from Publix, also another plus. I felt really secure in this location. We only had about a 6-8 minute drive to get to Boardwalk in Daytona, so the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and hope to next summer. Thanks Mr. Paul for making our stay really great. Crystal & Faith
