ocean! Nice ocean views from the back yard - try your luck at fishing
right from the dock! Lots and lots of deep water dockage - 150'!
Fish cleaning table, bait freezer, swim ladder, charcoal grill plus a
built-in smoker for smoking your catch!
Central air and wall units, laundry room which is where the bait
freezer is located.
Enjoy the bar atmosphere in the Florida room.
2 master suites with King-sized beds, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom with
private bath and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. 5
TVs, DVD, VCR.
Located in a nice and quiet Oceanside neighborhood.
$1800/week with Holiday and Lobster weeks $1950. Up to medium-sized
dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee.
