Very nice place

We had a lovely stay in this very nice, clean, well-equipped condo. Furniture is not sleek and modern, but is comfy enough and new. Large screen TV (and dvd player) in lr, none in bedroom. But who needs TV with a balcony that provides a terrific view of both the ocean and the Miami Beach and Miami skylines (nighttime is gorgeous!? AND there is no highrise next door to obstruct the view. Lovely breezes. The condo is on the end corner near the road/front of bldg. Great to have parking included, and the beachwalk is lovely (you can go all the way up to the end of Bal Harbour). Two blocks to grocery and other stores and some nice restaurants. But we liked eating on the balcony! Bed is great, huge closet with lots of hangers, kitchen fully equipped. Pool is nice and beach is steps away (we went up to the state park a mile or so north a few times, which has a terrific beach, but the one by the building is fine). One of the valets is very helpful and very pleasant. The other guy needs some people skills, but does his job.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Indeed the place offers a nice Art Deco atmosphere as well an exceptional
bright Ocean views from the living room as from well the bedroom.
The South East exposure permits to have that brightness all day long without
the inconvenience of having the Sun in in the Appartment.

This was a perfect place to stay. Large, decorated nicely and very clean. Owner was very friendly and easy to get along with.

Recommended for: age 55+, romantic getaway
