Weekly rates from $1,175.00 to $1,425.00 depending on whether pets are
coming & number of renters;  Security deposit of $250.00 to $550.00 depending on # of guests and pets coming; sec deposit required to hold reservation; cleaning fee ranges between $125.00 and $175.00;  full payment required 10 days prior to arrival;  cancellation fee of $100.00 if  cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival;  no refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival;  there are no refunds for Hamilton College events unless the Owner can rebook with other inquiries;  family reunions,  weddings, etc.  are quoted on an event by event basis;   the grounds are available for large receptions, holidays and parties and rental prices depend on number of guests,  etc..   The Rental Agreement may be requested for review.
