Weekly rates from $750.00 to $1,350.00 depending on whether pets are
coming or if the customer would like the kitchen stocked with basics.  Security deposit required to hold reservation; cleaning fee from $125 to 185 depending on number of persons;  full payment required two weeks prior to arrival; non-refundable if not cancelled within one week of arrival except owner will offer another time rental when available.
