offers a panoramic view of the river from most rooms and from the
second story open deck. Easy access from I-75 to go North or South
and only 40 minutes from the Ft. Myers airport. You can shop in
either Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte as well as finding fine dining
or live entertainment. There are plenty of beautiful golf courses,
excellent fishing and sandy beaches.

The home has a dock for fishing or boat parking. The pool is heated,
screened and has a covered lanai. There is a fabulous new kitchen
has granite tops and stainless steel appliances featuring a gas
cooktop, electic oven, steam oven, dishwasher, side by side
refridgerator, microwave, warming drawer. There are three spacious
bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom suite on the
second floor overlooks the river and pool and has its own huge bath

to miniature golf, 10 minutes to regular golf, 1 minute to great
fishing. Fishermans Wharf, a complex of shopping and restaurants on
the water overlooks the Charlotte Harbor is just a short drive. From
your backyard you can occasionally see Manatees, Dolphins and even a
giant ray as well as fish jumping with joy. You can also take a day
criuse to Key West from Fort Myers or Captiva or Sanabel Island.
Boca Grande Beach or Manasota Key beaches are just a short drive away
where shelling and sharks teeth abound for the taking.

Utilites are included except pool heat there is an electric allowance of $200.00 per month tenant pays amount above that for additional pool heat, two month minimum rental in season. Cleaning fee of $95.00. Refundable damage deposit of $1000.00 is required. Pet deposit depends on pet, contact owner.
