The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms and cable TV.   High sand dunes rise along one side of this luxury building.

The building was completed in 2007.  It offers indoor and outdoor pools, workout equipment, internet wi/fi connection from the lobby, indoor parking, and 24-hour reception and security services--all included in the rental fee. A sauna, game/movie room and laundry facilities also are available in the building.

Enjoy climbing the sand dunes next to the building, walk along the dramatic cliffs in the front of the building or go five minutes by bus or car to your choice of sand beaches.  Visit the historic port city of Valparaiso and the attractions of Vina del Mar (including the elegant 1940s Casino). Bus service connects the coastal communities with each other and with Santiago. Restaurants and grocery stores are found in Concon and the town to the immediate south, Renaca, as well as in the city center of Vina del Mar itself.  Ideal location for a family vacation or for a few days before or after a ship cruise docking in Valparaiso.  Taxi service available for the port and elsewhere.
