The Durango Mine Shaft, a vacation rental in the Animas Valley in
Durango, is the definition of a Colorado home. The home is nestled
amongst some of the largest pines in the Animas Valley and bordered
by a seasonal creek which you can view from one of the two decks or
from the comfort of the 6 person hot tub. Indoors, light a fire and
make your meal in the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops,
stainless steel appliances and a Viking stove. Days filled with
activities, including a trail that you can hike on right out the back
door, will have you sleeping well in this home which sleeps 8. Wi Fi
and cable tv mean you don't lose touch with the world, unless you
want to!

Nestled next to 19 acres of green space, the home is set back off of
the road, and is very private and quiet. Trimble Hot Springs is 1/2
a mile down the road, Durango Mountain Resort is 15 minutes away and
downtown Durango is about 10 minutes away.

Fireplace, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, foldout
couch, 6 person hot tub, linens provided, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, piano, stereo, off street parking, cable TV with movie
channels, high speed wireless internet, dvd/vhs, video game console,
full kitchen with utensils, microwave, gas Weber bbq grill, decks,
mountain views, seasonal creek, hiking out the back door.

Off Seson... $250.00/night.. $1500.00/week.
$500.00 deposit required.
Cancellations must happen one month prior to receive deposit refund,
less a $200.00 booking fee.
$200.00 cleaning fee and 6.8% tax. $75.00 additional charge for pets.
