SkiDobie - Beautiful views & easy access to the Dobie Slopes in Wintergreen

Welcome to our "home away from home" in the Blue Ridge Mountains of
Virginia. Wintergreen Resort offers something for everyone. Our
get-away offers the best location on the Mountain. Our condo is at
the top of the Dobie Ski Slopes, and right in front of the "Blue Ridge
Express" ski lift. Our building is 50 feet from the slopes, so you
can quickly start your day of skiing, and, just as quickly, get back
to a warm fire and a hot drink.

The Mountain Inn and all the restaurants and activities are just a few
steps away. The PLUNGE Slope and the Out of Bounds Park are very
close. The Acorn Chair Lift is nearby, so the spring, fall and summer
explorer can enjoy the mountain bike trails and then transport back up
the mountain with your bike on that exciting ride. What a delightful
and relaxing activity for a slower pace to just enjoy the fall foliage.

And please note that there is one assigned parking spot. If you have
ever been up to the Resort during ski season, you can appreciate this
added value. There is other parking available only a short distance away.

Our get-away was recently completely redecorated and updated. All new
appliances, new furnitures and all of the amenities of home are there
for your convenience and comfort.

We have a Master Suite with king-sized bed and master bath, one
bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with a queen-sized
bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Also in the hall is a
closet with a full-sized washer and dryer for any laundry that might
accumulate during your stay.

There is a spiral stair to the loft where you will find ample seating
and a pull-out full-sized bed. There is also a full bath off of this
room.

There is a "fire-pit" area of seating in front of the fireplace. Wood
is provided outside the condo door for your convenience. There is a
full kitchen, complete with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator and
dishwasher. We have provided a full complement of utensils, dishes,
pots, pans, mixing bowls and small appliances for your use.

You will find this home to be comfortable and fully furnished for your
enjoyment. We have provided linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap,
and paper products.

Bring your toothbrush and have a great time!

Wintergreen Resort offers a wide range of activities and events,
spanning the entire year. From toddlers to grandparents, there is
something for everyone.

Golf, tennis, snow skiing, mountain biking, numerous childrens
programs, music concerts and festivals, horseback riding, hiking, fly
fishing, nature programs, and don't forget the wonderful spa
facility.

Condo Rental Rates:

During Ski Season: (Thanksgiving through Mid-March, weather cooperating)
Sunday - Thursday: $350.00 per night
Friday, Saturday Nights & Holidays: $400.00 per night

Off Season: (Mid-March to Thanksgiving)
Sunday - Thursday: $300.00 per night
Friday & Saturday Nights: $350.00 per night

Rentals require a $100.00 Housekeeping Fee (non-refundable)
A 3-night minimum stay is required.
If our home is not booked and you book within 7 days of your arrival
date a 10% discount will apply.

Please note that we are interested in renting our home to adults over 25 and families.  Other groups may require a substantial refundable deposit.
