lane. Very peaceful. Pine Island is a great place to kick back, relax
enjoy nature at its finest. Property is situated just off the "Calusa Blue Way" kayak trail. There are four built-in kayak racks, plus a rack for kayaks at the canal.

Boat lift, boat dock, snook light. 2 bikes. Weber Grill. Enjoy
fishing from your dock. Birding. Canoe provided. Kayak and boat
rentals available.  Fishing guide service available and will pick you
up at your dock. Home library with Florida authors, and reference
books. Telescope for star gazing - no light pollution here. Minutes
to Boca Grande Pass and Caya Costa State Park. Boat to several
waterfront restuarants on the Island - Tarpon Lodge, The Lazy
Flamingo, Waterfront restuarant,the Lobster Shack, and Bert's
Bar. Very casual to gormet.
The Island Center has public library, tennis courts and heated pool.
Also close by are a grocery store, CVS pharmacy and liquor store.
Numerous galleries.
Close by is the public (for a small fee) fishing pier at the very
north end of the Island - a 10 minute bike ride.

Great for the outdoors water sports enthusiast. If you like to boat, kayak, hike, bike, fish and bird - this is the place for you. However, within 30-45 minutes you have world class shopping. Naples is about 1 1/2 hours to the south. Busch Gardens in about 2 hours to the north, Orlando about 3 1/2 hours away.
Southwest Regional Airport is 45 minutes away. Take the ferry boat

to Caya Costa State Park for pristine, Florida beach access.
