Beach front luxurious and romantic villa in Palmas del Mar in Puerto Rico

The villa is one of the few beach front villas at Palmas del Mar
Resort. It is located in a private complex called Beach Village
whose main attraction is the beach. Not only can you see it from the
comfort of your villa, but you can also walk around as you discover
places of interest such as restaurants, golf courses, casino, marina,
equestrian center, the largest tennis complex in the Caribbean, and a
private complex pool. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunrises from
anywhere in the villa, including the bedroom.
Typically, the enviroment around the villa is very peaceful and
quiet. It is the perfect place for a romantic escape!

Comfortable room with king size bed overlooking the beach and
Vieques Island through the balcony. A 40" wall mounted flat screen
HDTV with DVD system will allow you to enjoy your favorite movies
and TV shows. The room is furnished with two bed side tables with
lamps, a dresser and a bench to place luggage. Closet space is
available.
A leather sofa will allow you to rest as you enjoy the living room
area which is equiped with another 40" wall mounted flat screen HDTV
with DVD system, WII and IPOD player.
A cozy full bathroom is accessible from bedroom and living room area.
The villa is located on a second floor and unfortunately it is
inaccessible to people with disabilities (wheelchairs).
This is a non smoking villa.
Pets are not allowed.

Inside Palmas del Mar Resort:
Restaurants, casino, spa, two 18 hole golf courses, 20 tennis
courts, horseback riding, fishing (including deep sea), surfing,
golf cart rental, boat rental to visit nearby islands and marina.
Outside Palmas del Mar Resort:
El Yunque Rain Forest (20 minutes by car).
Plaza las Americas (the largest shopping mall in the caribbean
40 minutes by car).
Bioluminescent Bay in Vieques (30 minutes by boat).
Movie theaters (10 minutes by car).

$1,250 per week and $225 per night except for December 19 to January 2
December 19 to January 2 .. $1,550 per week
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
