This home offers a greatroom floorplan with mostly stone floors and carpet in all the right areas.  
The gourmet kitchen with large island and family dining has everything you need for yourself, family 
and all those you invite over for entertaining, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops 
and did I mention the views....

Master suite offers:
          King bed
          See-thru gas fireplace
          Sitting room with chaise sofa
          Wet bar with refrigerator
          His/her vanities
          6'  Jetta whirlpool tub
          Glass block walk-in shower
          Enclosded Toilet & Bidet
          Huge walk-in closet and so much more.  

3 guest suites:
        1 guest suite with king bed and full size bed, separate tub/shower with double vanity.

while the rock waterfall is running or just play in the large pebble tec pool and spa.  Afterwards 
grill your favorite foods and take in the incredible mountain views and lights while you enjoy your

Vacation Rental Rates

Our RATES please call/e-mail with any questions or comments. 

$550.00 per night (with 6 night stay) from October 1st through May 31st  
$500.00 per night (with 6 night stay) from June 1st through September 30th 

$600.00 per night if less than 6 night stay.

$750.00 per night for Friday, Saturday and Sunday 

Holidays  & Special Events :  Call for availability and pricing.

$250.00 Non-refundable Cleaning Deposit

$1,000.00 Non-refundable Earnest Deposit to secure your dates
Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival with certified funds.

  1:00 pm Check-in
11:00 am Check-out 

Maid Service available for an additional $50.00 per day (cleaning kitchen, baths and 
trash removal).
