VCR, Cable), beautiful bay view and sunsets, vacuums on every level,  
intercom system, door security, alarm clock radios in all rooms, and  
hair driers, abundant and varied cleaning supplies 
 
Kitchen: dishwasher, gas-stove oven with microwave, coffee maker,  
toaster, blender, all size pots and pans, dishes and utensils for  
12, kettle, electronic can opener, sandwich press…all equipment  
needed for a feast! 
 
Beach amenities: beach chairs, icebox, beach jugs, beach cart

Short walk to beach, easy walk to Fantasy Island, Schooner’s Wharf,

Vacation Rental Rates

Rentals are from 2PM Saturday - 11AM the following Saturday.  Rates  
are as follows: $3300(/week) from 28 June - 30 Aug or 12500 for the  
month.  All other weeks  
$2700. $500 security deposit; 50% deposit on booking.
