Vacation Rental Description

Look no further than Flagler Beach as the place for your next 
vacation. Florida's Historic Scenic Highway, known as A1A, is the 
only thing that separates you and your private deck on the beach.

The second level condominium is a three-bedroom condo unit newly 
decorated by design. Its showroom appearance gives a tropical 
elegance to your stay, with bamboo and wicker displayed in every 
room. Even the paintings we hand picked for you will make you feel 
good and relaxed as you vacation in Flagler Beach.

Everything in the unit is brand new: the furniture, the mattress and 
boxsprings, the carpet, the paint, the kitchen 
utensils and cooking ware, etc... It was newly furnished and 
decorated on July 25, 2004.

What is especially attractive about our unit is that you have a 
delightful ocean view from all three bedrooms, the living room 
and balcony. This resort living also includes a nicely maintained 
tennis court, pool, and fitness center. For the golf enthusiasts, 
you'll be glad to know that within a short walk from the
condominium, you'll be teeing it up at the first hole. There are 
several 18-hole championship golf courses within a 15-minute drive 
from the Nautilus.  Simply stated, Flagler Beach is a great place 
for golfers from around the world! For the golf enthusiasts, visit 
the International Golf Hall of Fame, only a short drive away. 

So pack up your bags and leave your 21st Century gadgets behind and 
visit our home we call paradise. Bring your oversized bathing suit, 
your Big Bertha golf clubs, and tennis raquet and swing away in this 
1950's joint. It is where everything comes alive, especially the sea

biggest difference to the exterior of our building has been the new 
paint job, new balconies, chrystal clear window dressing that has

paint, new rug, new light fixtures and additional minor touches 
which make our overall appearance a pleasing and comfortable place

in a lesson in history. Also in St. Augustine is a neat zoological 
park, which exhibits many species of alligator from around the 
world, and some very neat bird residents. 

Along historic A1A is Marineland, which is host of America's very 
first oceanarium. You will experience an incredible dolphin show, 
and if your lucky, you will even find yourself swimming with them.

** Daytona USA **

Heading south along A1A is a number of attractions, most notably 
Daytona USA. Daytona Beach attracts millions of visitors each year. 
Daytona's beaches are world famous for their sparkling white sands 
and a variety of safe, clean, environmentally friendly recreational 
activities. 

** Daytona International Speedway **

For race car enthusiasts, Daytona International Speedway 
hosts two of the largest Nascar auto races in the country, the

Weekly Rental is $775 plus 10% tax and a $75 cleaning fee. 

Monthly Rental is $1775 plus 10% tax and a $95 cleaning fee.
