Butte.

sinks in all 3 bathrooms, tiled kitchen counters, etc. Stone
fireplace creates a warm comfortable atmosphere. Full-size dining
room and kitchen allow for group/family gatherings. There are
wonderful views of the lifts, the base lodge and the
surrounding Elk Mountain Range from the condo.

Condo complex has a heated pool, sauna, and hot tub for after those
long days of outdoor fun. Common area has BBQ grills and club house
for social gatherings.

Crested Butte is one of Colorado’s premiere ski and recreation
areas. Rated in 2008 by "Travel and Leisure" as one of the tope 5
ski towns in America. Mt. Crested Butte has more double-black
diamond terrain than any other resort in Colorado, but still plenty
of mountain left over for the long cruising runs.

In the summer Crested Butte offers some of the best hiking and
mountain biking trails. Crested Butte is famous for its summer
wildflower festivals.

Other local attractions included the towns of Gunnison, Marble, Tin
Cup, Gothic, Pitkin, Powderhorn and Almont, all picturesque, quaint
and lively in their history. The Black Canyon of the Gunnison
National Park, the Blue Mesa Reservoir, and the Elk Mountain Range
provide incredible scenery and an abundance of outdoor recreational
activities. Some of the best fly-fishing in Colorado can be found on
local waters, including the Taylor, East, and Gunnison rivers.

Only 24 miles from the Gunnison Airport, Crested Butte is an ideal
vacation destination for the outdoor enthusiast.
