For your privacy the remainder of the house is not used by others
when the bottom floor is rented.  Apartment 150 night plus 65 cleaning fee.

Third night 125 except on holidays.

3 bedroom/3bath 2 full kitchens: 260 night, 1300 week , 2500 month    85 to 100 dollar cleaning fee
