Just as the homes name implies, this vacation villa is located directly on the cliffs and sapphire blue water of the Bay of Fundy, along the Evangeline Trail of Nova Scotia, and minutes from the Annapolis Valley and numerous local artists galleries.

Closest towns on the 101 are Kentville and Berwick; more precisely the property is located between Halls Harbour and Habourville on the cliffs of the Bay of Fundy.

A rustic, yet contemporary home, you will be surrounded by rich, warm woods on both walls and vaulted ceilings in the upstairs. Two beautiful wood stoves will keep you cozy during cool days. The home has two fully equipped kitchens and baths (upstairs has 4-piece bath with bidet).

Each story has entrances from both inside and outside so that they can be rented separately.

The upstairs sleeps up to four and includes a fully equipped laundry room, pantry, separate dressing/vanity room in the master bedroom, woodstove, sitting room, TV, phone, stereo, DVD/VHS with a library of movies, wireless high speed internet access, and a deck overlooking the bay.

Downstairs sleeps up to 4 and includes two bedrooms, woodstove, a patio overlooking the bay, TV, wireless internet access, painting easel, and a library of German and English books.

Both upstairs and downstairs are perfectly suited for rest and relaxation after a day of adventure in the surrounding area. Both feature furnishings from Germany and Holland.  This peaceful get-away cottage is well suited to resting individualsor aspiring artists searching for solitude.

Activities and Attractions

On two acres of open meadow and woods, this peaceful, two-story home faces the waterfront with spectacular views.

Its truly a nature and bird lovers paradise with wildlife sightings on property on a regular basis. Wild roses and numerous wildflowers surround the area.

Hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, whale watching, wine tasting, boating, golfing, fine and casual dining are some of the many activities in the area.

All necessities conveniently located. The nearest international airport is in Halifax within a quick 90 minute drive.

We prefer Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals but other start days may be available.  Longer stays are welcome - contact us for 3-week and monthly rentals.

$500 (US) security deposit plus 50% of rental fees due at booking; balance due 1 week before arrival.
