A 5-minute walk south of our property takes you to Town Lake,
recently renamed Lady Bird Lake in honor of the late Lady Bird
Johnson. The east side of the trails are less trafficked, with
peaceful parks, playgrounds, fishing and easy canoe launches. Head
west to experience the City's best urban-wilderness hiking trail.
Rent a canoe or kayak at the rowing dock just past the I-35 pass
under. Walk to the famed Congress Avenue Bridge to see our most
popular residents, the largest urban colony of bats in the U.S.
Continue on to walk to Whole Foods or Zilker Park and Barton Springs
Pool.
