and once at our condo you will understand why Fort Lauderdale is
called the Venice of America. The pristine Fort Lauderdale Beach
not only offers year-round water activities, but also bustles with
sidewalk cafes, nightlife, and shopping. Walk to the beach and see
why people come from all over the world to enjoy this area.

You will never have to drive to enjoy many of Fort Lauderdales best
attractions. After relaxing at the pool, jacuzzi, or one one of
your private balconies, you can actually walk to famous bars,
restaurants, and shops on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The Water Taxi is
right next door adjacent to the City Marina, where you can enjoy the

furnished 2 bedroom, 3 bath, open floor plan unit (1875 sq ft) that
has been recently remodeled. Its two large private balconies, one
on the east side and the other on the west, boast gorgeous views of
the intracoastal from almost every room. Sit in the living room or
den while you watch the mega yachts go by! The unit includes a
washer and dryer with plantation shutters throughout. Although
local attractions are just steps away, it offers a tranquil
atmosphere where you can enjoy quiet time relaxing.

The pool area is brand new and has a Jacuzzi, gazebo, gas grille,
and lounge chairs. It offers a breezy, sunny exposure directly on
the widest part of the intracoastal waterway. A well-equipped
exercise facility is located on the ground floor with saunas and
rest rooms. The building also has a community boat dock along with a
billiards room, library, and party/recreation room. The building is
a safe, gated community, with only 52 units and offers the privacy
of only one neighbor. The condo includes one private covered
parking space however plenty of open parking is also available.

The Portofino on the Intracoastal has the perfect location for
vacationers who dont want to have to drive every time they want to
experience their surroundings. Marriott Beach place is across the
street and Las Olas Blvd. is just steps away. The Ritz Carlton,
also across the street, has excellent restaurants but with rental
rates many times higher. The Water taxi stop is next door and is
operated by experienced local tour guides. It also gives you access
to many other area attractions and waterside bars and restaurants at
very reasonable rates, in addition to an all-day excursion to South
Beach in Miami. Dinner cruise boats, deep sea fishing, boat
rentals, jet ski rentals, windsurf rentals, scuba diving, bike
rentals, and parasailing are all within walking distance.
Gulfstream Park Racetrack, Everglades tours, and golf courses are
not far and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, which offers full
gambling, is just twenty minutes away by car. Downtown Fort
Lauderdale offers the Broward Center for the performing arts and the
Museum of Science and Industry in addition to other attractions.
The Galleria Mall is only one mile away and offers shopping,
restaurants, and nightlife. Cruise ships are only 2 miles away at
Port Everglades and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International
