Waterfront location! With boat dock!
The best location in Monterey Beach! Your own boat dock in front of
the house and the bay beach next door! Panoramic sunset views over the
bay every night! Cottage is shabby chic with white washed walls and
rattan blinds, very beachy! The master bedroom is waterfront with a
queen-size bed. The second and third bedroom both have bedroom has a
twin and a full size bed each. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in
the living room. Wireless internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your
vacation enjoyable. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A
covered patio makes outdoor dining very enjoyable.
The bay beach next door has a full playground with swings and a
lifeguard on duty all summer.
It is truly the best location you could hope for.
