Villa sul Mare - is a privately owned condominium located on the second floor of the
White Cap Beach Condos, a small resort with just 10 units. Our unit is incredibly spacious
with nearly 2000 sq ft. and includes a front porch and screened lanai off the back. Our
Gulf views are fantastic. To access the beach, just cross over Estero Boulevard at the
cross walk and proceed thru the new Newton Park and onto the beach. The beach is
wide and the sand is powdery soft!
White Cap Beach Condos are the newest luxury resort condos on Fort Myers Beach.
Located midway along Estero Island, the resort is small and family friendly. Our area is
entirely residential so it is quiet. In fact, we're nicely situated between the fun of Times
Square 2 1/2 miles north, featuring restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlor, colorful
souvenier shops and the island pier, and the solitude and beauty of Lovers Key to the
south.
While we are across the street from the beach, we have unobstructed views of the Gulf of
Mexico with a lovely park between the balcony and the Gulf. A cross walk, allowing for
safe access to the beach is available at our corner. The park has been recently
landscaped with native flowers and grasses and has numerous picnic tables, market
umbrellas and a grass-thatched cabana.

Everything is NEW! We have nearly 2000 sq. ft. with bright and warm furnishings. No
condo-in-a-box furniture kits here. Everything is personalized. There is a large front
porch for great sunset viewing, a lanai back porch. The Master bedroom has an attached
huge bath with shower and tub, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds.  There is also a second full bath. We can sleep 6 in beds and up to two additional guests on an inflatible mattress.
The kitchen with granite countertops, large island, and all new
appliances and is fully stocked with everything new. We have a laundry room, and provide linens and towels. Finally, Hi-Def TV, complimentary Wi-Fi internet, DVD players and stereo are available for use.
The resort has a small swimming pool, outdoor gas grills and individual
parking spaces in a covered garage. Each guest has the use of a private storage closet in
the garage to store beach and pool items and we include chairs for you to use.
A very well stocked Publix grocery is located only one block away, which during the high
season, or any season, is very VERY convenient! The island trolley stops directly in front
for rides to Times Square, the town center or south to Lovers Key. Trolley rides are 25
cents per ride.

Snook Bight Yacht Club is one block away and has boat rentals, bait & tackle and a new
waterside restaurant.

HOLIDAY Season: Dec 19 - Jan 2: $2850/wk

2010 Rates*:  $250 off for weeks booked by December 1, 2009

WINTER: $2600/wk or $7280/mo (30% off for advanced monthly bookings)
2010 SPRING BREAK: March 20 - Apr 9 $2850/wk
Mid Season April 10 - June 30  $1800/wk 

Summer MID Season: June 20 - July 10: $1600/wk or $4650/mo
