Perfect for family gatherings, the open floor plan includes a great
room with vaulted ceiling, big screen TV and home stereo system,
plus a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, center island with a sink,
new appliances, and a huge family-style dining table. French doors
from the kitchen open onto a wonderful covered deck where you can sit or rock and enjoy the scenery and cool breeze.

The main floor also includes two bedrooms with private baths, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, a half bath, and the full size HE washer and full size dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms, another full bath, plus a loft (with sleeper sofa) overlooking the great room.

The private eight-foot by 18-foot, in-ground swimming pool has a fully-furnished covered patio with lots of comfortable seating and room for outdoor dining, plus a large gas grill.  Another refrigerator, microwave, and a TV are conveniently located near the pool area, as well as a hot/cold semi-private outdoor shower room.

Garage parking for up to two or three vehicles (depending on size), with space for another vehicle in the driveway.  There is additional pay-to-park spaces located on the street.  Please let us know if you have additional vehicles and we can help you obtain discounted parking passes.

Perfect ocation - Located only one short block to the beach, one block to grocery store, walking distance to Tybee pier and pavillion, lots of restaurants, and shopping.

Well equipped kitchen with granite counters, smooth-top stove, self-cleaning oven, icemaker in refrigerator, center island with 2nd sink.  Lots of dishes/glassware/cutlery for big family style meals, plus plenty of plastic for use by the pool. Everything you need for cooking or baking, plus a 4 slice toaster, 12cup coffeemaker (filters provided), blender, handheld electric mixer, electric griddle, large family size electric skillet. Serving bowls, platters, baskets, and trays. If we missed something, please ask - because we probably have it!

Large gas grill located on covered patio near pool area.  We also have large kettles and an extra burner available if you decide to do a low country boil or steam oysters.

Garage with Covered Parking, Central Air - 2 thermostats, Big Screen TV, TVs with VCR/DVD Players in every bedroom, Microwave (two), Refrigerator (two),
Linens/towels provided. Start-up supply of paper and soap products provided.

Free use of Baby Gear:  Full size crib, high chair, 3 baby gates, and full size stroller available.  Exterior doors/gates have alarms that can be set for continuous alarm or chime. 

Free use of Beach Gear:  Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, a 10x10 easy-up canopy, 2 pull-carts, 2 small coolers, assorted beach and sand toys, boogie boards, horse shoes, bocce balls, and lots of pool toys.

Free use of Bikes:  We have 4 regular size bicycles (but not helmets)

Sleeps 19 comfortably:  Bedroom1(King), Bedroom2(Queen), Bedroom3 (2sets Bunk Beds), Bedroom4(Queen), Bedroom5(2fullsize), Queen sleeper sofa in Great Room, Full size sleeper sofa in Loft, Full size crib.
